Hoyoon Kim

Hoyoon Kim is probably best known to many viewers as "Boss in the Kitchen" from Culinary Class Wars S2. He primarily specializes in Korean cuisine, but he also runs Chinese and Italian restaurants. What I like about his videos is how much time he spends explaining the reasoning behind, instead of simply telling you what to do: why this is necessary, or why he prefers one method or ingredient over another.
