Korean Chinese
중화요리
Korean Chinese cuisine is a Korean take on Chinese cooking. Some of the most iconic dishes are jjajangmyeon, jjambbong, and tangsuyuk, usually served with yellow pickled radish on the side.
For many Koreans, Korean Chinese food is strongly associated with delivery, especially the old-school metal delivery box with bowls of jjajangmyeon tightly wrapped in plastic and a pair of disposable wooden chopsticks. But some Korean Chinese restaurants are also known for large private dining rooms for family gatherings and business dinners... as well as the occasional secret meeting for villains or big shots, for you K-drama and movie fans.
