Yeo Kyeong-Ok is one of the best-known chefs specializing in Chinese cuisine in Korea, along with his older brother Yeo Kyeong-Rae.

What I like about his videos is how practical they are. He is very good at simplifying recipes without making them feel watered down. On top of that, he tells you which ingredients are essential, which ones you can skip, and what you can use as a substitute.
